well, the tigershark word has too small of certain areas (0.010") in order to make it. they would need to increase to 0.100" to make it work. that would make the letters 62" long!! still trying to figure out the emblem.
anyone with CAD experience would be a big help at this point.

Got word today they can do the shark emblem. Under 90.00 each. Right at 4 weeks until they can cut them out of t6061 aluminum.

to make one would cost me 650.00. to do 20 would cost 1300.00. so it's a huge money undertaking for me. but i understand about wanting to see first. i wanted to see one first.

in my lettering design i did connect them. just never posted the picture. there are just some tight areas where the cnc machine alarms out. they are working on it as well.
