Default New Corvette Owner some basic questions!

Doing the weekend maintenance on the cars and have a couple questions, as this is the first weekend I have actually got to sit and go through the car.

1.) Ideal Idle Temp for a 2000 C5 Corvette?
2.) Ideal Idle Oil PSI ?
3.) How to tighten a loose E-Brake?

Thanks in advance guys!

1. Below 230, turn on the A/C and it will idle at a lower temp because the fans are reprogrammed.

2. 40-60 PSI, C5 sending unit notoriously inaccurate and prone to failure.

3. Remove rear rotors, replace and tighten parking brake pads. Repeat every 2 years.

my high speed fans will come on via the temp sensor at 225, but if you search around, i believe someone here on the forum sells a kit that that allows you to kick your high speed fan on via a small keyfob remote with the push of a button and no need to activate the a/c if you are more comfortable with something like that.

my 04 commemorative edition convertible will run oil pressure of about 60 at start up but will eventually settle in the 40psi range under load once warm.
