Went this weekend to look at that 99 Navy Blue 6 speed Coupe with 59k miles at the local dealership. Car drove great, no codes, nice interior, couldn't really find anything wrong with it except for a small scratch which took forever to find. Even talked to the previous owner who was happy to talk to me about the car. Will need new tires due to age probably next year, but negotiated the price down to a comfortable level to compensate for that. Drove it about 100 miles yesterday and it really feels great. Don't have many pictures yet except for dealer pics, but until I get a solid wash on it, will have to do with what we have.
Here's me with the car when we got home:

Option Codes - Some I cannot read and some I couldn't find:
I need to fix one of the hood latches as the hood doesn't want to latch on the drivers side without pressing down on it, but that looks like an easy adjustment. Some minor interior mods are on the brain, but for now I'll just drive as is and enjoy it!
Wow ! nice color and good luck with it. You've been lurking since 2008 ?
Yeah, was looking at C3's back then, but divorce and life got in the way, it wasn't until recently the new (read: Way Better) wife said, "Just shut up and buy the damn car!"
Wishing you many happy miles/smiles with your new baby. BTW pushing down on the latches is really the best way to secure the front hood. I never drop the hood but push down on the area where the latches are.

That's amazing !! It's the same thing my new way better second wife said to me.
