Ordered 3 things (compartment divider, valve stem covers, and floor mats) on June 3 and got two (still missing floor mats for $117.99) and it is now June 15. No tracking number because "it ships from the vendor." Sent them mail tonight but not optimistic. Will post response if positive. Think I am done with them otherwise.

There's an Ecklers forum member that I'm sure will research your issue - - but frankly, Ecklers can't control an outside vendor's supply and shipping.
I'd cut them some slack-- a little patience works wonders and I'm sure you'll be good to go.

sometimes it takes a little longer when the item comes directly from the vendor. I've never had any problems with Ecklers but that's not saying something can't happen. It just seems you're not giving them a chance to respond before posting this (as you said, you just sent th an e-mail last night).
Ecklers and other companies have little control with drop shipments from the manufacturer. It's a common way to save money by not stocking multiple colors and styles. Hang in there it will be at your doorstep soon....
The last part of the order arrived today. My only remaining complaint is the absence of any tracking numbers to see the order status. This is kind of expected these days.

If you'd like to PM your order number i will gladly take a look at the order. Most of the time floor mats are dropshipped and it can take up to 14 or longer depending on the style of the mat.

I live a couple of hours from Ecklers and usually drive over to get most things from them for my C3, C4 and C5. With that said anything drop shipped has come in a timely manner. I have had UPS say that the item was delivered and it had not arrived yet, not Ecklers fault. My only complaint with Ecklers is, their shipping rates are high unless you make a big order. They once wanted $12 to ship a $2 part that weighed less than ounce and they would not just mail it to me. Still they have handled my orders well.

A friendly suggestion to Eckler's (and other vendors):
Before placing the order, the web site clearly stated that the shipping was ground - 3 to 7 business days. An email confirmation arrived the same day indicating the same thing. This set false expectations.
Three days later (June 7), an email indicated things shipped from our vendors can take longer and no tracking numbers are available.
If that information was provided for the affected items before the order was placed, I would have either happily placed the original order with clear expectation of know knowing when it would arrive or I would have decided to not place the order. Instead I had to discover it 3 days after placing the original order. I had never encountered this before and now I know better.

I agree with you 100%. But to point out for future reference when placing another order. If you look right under the price of the part it will state Ships direct from manufacturer. Allow additional time for delivery. on certain parts.
