First Check Engine Light
It is my first Check Engine light issue since purchasing the car in 9-14. When I got home and ran the codes while the car was running and saw PCM P0455 as C. Checked the code against the code list that I previously downloaded from CF for my 2004 and found it was “Evaporative Emission System Leak Detected”. So I deleted the PCM code, turned it off, restarted and ran the car for another 20 minutes and the light did not go on again. It is great that the C5’s have this internal diagnostic checking system we can access. Otherwise, off I would be to the mechanic or stealership for a diagnosis.
