Warning Lights
I have a 03 C5 and get warnings that my ABS system need service service traction control system. Pops up now and then during driving then goes away when shutting car off. Anyone had this issue? Thx Kurt

The codes will give you a clue to what the problem is. It's a diagnostic tool that techs use to determine what is wrong. The computer is constantly scanning systems and when there is a fault, malfunction or problem it displays the code. You can use it too.

Most C5 owners that do not drive a lot use a battery tender(maintainer). When I first bought my C5 I thought they were nuts, but I learned pretty quickly that C5s are a lot happier with a battery at 100% charge. Some systems are on all the time and continuously drain the battery and some systems work better with a fully charged battery.

I have owned my Corvette since new in 2003. Never knew how to "pull the codes" so I thank you for sharing the information.
OP I hope you can get your issues sorted out. Battery voltage or lack of it seems to be an issue that can have an affect on the whole car. I use a Battery Tender when the car is not in use.

I have noticed when i turn my key from on to ignition and let go, that sometimes itll stay in ignition for a split second before it goes back to on, and thatll cause these codes. its a 100% success rate. If i make sure it goes back to on after i crank it then it doesnt have a problem. may be the same thing for you
