Wheel weight adhesive
I recently purchased a 2003 coupe with the polished wheels. The previous owner had new michelin tires installed, and the installer removed the wheel weights inside the barrel of the wheel , but left the foam adheasive strips. What product should I use to remove the adhesive? Is there a clear coat on the wheels? I was thinking of using laquer thinner but not sure if that would harm my wheels.
