TCS codes module
my service active handle and abs traction light come on sometimes almost every time i hit a bump and sometimes random. checked codes and have (TCS) c1226 c1234 c1255 c1292 H C. also (BO RFA) U 1096 U1064 U1016 C2120. i checked my grounds in the engine bay (near headlights) cleaned and re-secured them. checked ABS connector and look fine. looks like i need a ABS module? also i read that people installing ss brake lines cause some problems. i do have ss lines too. but i bought the vehicle this way.

What year is your car?
The EBCM can usually be repaired on the 2001 and up C-5s.
If your car is a 98-00, the EBCM can not usually be fixed, and you'll nee to attempt to find a used unit from a Corvette recycler. These are no longer made by GM and are becoming harder and harder to find. They are expensive when you do find them.
The EBCM could be your problem.
Another thing to check is to see if the "crush washers" on the SS brake lines are made of aluminum, if they are, find some copper/brass washer to replace them with.

Among the possible causes of some of the EBCM codes you have is improper voltage to the EBCM because of burned or carboned up contact surfaces in the ignition switch. Here are 3 links about the C5 ignition switch. I suggest that you minimally check out the one labeled DIAGNOSIS and measure voltages on the specified fuses and also fuse #5 in the engine compartment fuse box..

Here are the fuses powered by the "HOT in ACC and ON". part of the switch:

Under Hood Fuse Center
ENG ING1 FUSE# 19
INJR 2 FUSE# 18
THROTCONT FUSE# 17
INJR 1 FUSE# 22
PCM FUSE# 16
F/PMP FUSE# 13
Instrument Panel Fuse block
BTSI BU Fuse# 21
BCM 13 Fuse# 22
IPC Fuse# 19
got no volts with my volt meter. but when i check it with my test light it lights up

Get a working voltmeter. Test light is useless for these diagnostics.
When you finally report the voltages at these locations you also need to provide what the actual voltage is AT the battery for comparison.

at the battery i get 12.5 volts the at the fuses i got zero volts(back-probe the fuses) this is with the key in the ON postion

I believe you were incorrectly measuring the voltage at the fuses. I suspect you put the black probe on one of the test points of the fuse and the red probe to the other test point on the fuse???
Black probe from your meter must be on a known good ground and the red probe from the meter should be used to touch the small test points at the top of each fuse.

I agree.
A fully charged battery should be 12.6v or more.
It's not 12 volts it's 12.6 because each cell is 2.1 volts.
If the battery is
12.5 = 85% charged
12.4 = 65%
12.3 = 50%
12.2 = 35%
12.1 = drained
