I'm looking for the red and white flag decal that adheres to the c5 steering wheel. Anyone have experience with them ? Do the actually stick well and look good,if so where did you buy it?

I do not have that particular decal, but I do have a decal in electron blue on my driver's air bag. Been on the car for close to four years and no sign of coming off anytime soon. I believe it was made by Cyberdine.
I just installed one yesterday from Cyberdine Graphics. Fit and finish is excellent. I went with them because they are a domed decal that has cut outs for all of the blank areas in-between. Other domed decals had clear plastic in the areas between the flags and the oval. I have yet to put any protective coating back on the wheel as I want to allow the adhesive to set up before doing that, I removed it all before installation.
My decal came off the first time I cleaned the sterring wheel with mild soap and water. I did not realize it was a decal when I bought the car. If you buy, do not clean over the decal. The glue appears not to be water proof.
The rest of my stickers came off last night. I lost a few of the white checkered flags last year. I'm not sure how long they lasted as they came with the car when I bought it two years ago. Sadly they won't hold up well if you get any cleaner around them. You've gotta be careful. I think the raised emblems will probably last a lot longer but they're also probably double or triple the price. I'm not planning on replacing them any time soon.
I would purchase them for $5 but not for $26. That's half the price I paid for a tie rod end and that's made of steel. The Corvette tax on those things are ridiculous.

I paid $30 after shipping for the one I just installed and feel that its worth every penny. Even if it falls off after 5 years, I would replace it with another one in a heartbeat. To me, the look of an actual emblem compared to a vinyl sticker is worth the high price tag. And to top it off, it shipped from CA to FL in 2 days. I am still waiting for an order I placed at the same time from within the State to make it here....

Don't get me wrong, I love the way they look. I just can't justify $26. It probably cost them under $.50 in material and I'm sure GM licensing shouldn't bring the total past $5 for x amount. I could see them still making a decent profit at $10.
Another nod for the Cyberdine Graphics product. Have it on my wheel for over ten yrs now. Suggest cleaning the area w/alcohol b-4 instal whichever product you go with.
I got mine from Vette Works International off of eBay.
It's a domed decal and it has plastic where the Cyberdine one has the material cut out but I wanted the "50th Anniversary" logo and that's the way they come.
I used alcohol before putting in on as well, but in my impatience to wait I put it on when it was too cold outside. It lifts up every now and then and I have to push it back down. If it doesn't stay down I'll just get another one and do it right...
