Can a low oil warning keep the engine from starting?

The codes are as follows: 28TCS: C1214HC, C1225H, 1226H, 1276H, 1278H, 1283H, U1016H
40BCM: B2573H, B2592H, B2721H, 2723H, U1016H
99HVAC: B0361HC
AO-ADCM: B2282, B2284H, B2264H, U1064H, U1016H
A6-SCM: B2607H, B2860H
BO-RFA: C2100HC. C2110H, CX1255H, U1064H, U1016H
10PCM: P0440C, P1431HP1631HC
As far as the security light it isn't acting up now so I don't know what it was doing.
Any help with this problem will be greatly appreciated. Tom

All those Uxxxx codes usually mean a bad battery...get it fully charged, clear codes and try again.
The P1631 code means the BCM and PCM are out of synch with respect to the valid security code, so that's your no-start issue. They should get back into synch once you've got a good battery.
If not, there's a resynch process, but I'm not going to type it in until you have a good battery: (1) it's complicated and (2) it's really intended for situations where the PCM and/or BCM were replaced.

Uh, did I miss something? I thought his problem was that he couldn't start it...

A low/bad battery is the most likely cause of his problems IMO. Once that is corrected I expect the car will start and be drivable.
Ok, we're back on the same page...just didn't sound right to have to drive the car to diagnose a no-start problem.

Reminds me of something. The c3 was set up that way. It wouldn't start if the oil pressure was below a certain level, at least on the later ones.
