Hi folks I am going to install my power duct this weekend. I would greatly appreciate if a 97-00 owner who had one installed could reply with a pic of the air bridge where you have the MAF installed. Just want to get it right the first
time. Thanks in advance.
Thanks Guys. Did you have to get a tune after the install?
I didn't until I installed LS 6 intake and headers. Had ECS do my tune and Doug recommends a tune with the Vararam, that said mine ran fine without the tune and I could feel a difference in power !!!!!

Thanks, I had the B2 intake installed about a week ago, did not have the PD at the time. I did notice a slight improvement in power, seems much smoother. Looking forward to the experience with the PD.
I may get a tune at some point, but the wife is starting to constrain my budget, plus I have 2 tuition bills coming
One more question ( probable a stupid one). The instructions reference a part # VRD2, yet none of the parts are labelled. My assumption is that this is the PN for the duct itself for a 97-00, can anyone confirm?
Thanks for the help folks. Install is done, car is running fine. Took it for a short spin, does seem more responsive, will take it for a spirited drive a little later today.
Pictured is a '97 with MAF in original location.
I had posted here on the forum asking what to do with the piece being held in the photo (there was a hole for it in the original accordion style coupler). I forget the details, but this piece was only on early C5s and was not necessary to reinstall.
