Default RPO Codes???

I'm looking to buy a 2002 Z06 out of state from California. I've been reading and some say that the car needs YF5. The car i'm looking at has a NF7 code. Is that good enough so I can pass California's emissions or is that a bad sign?

I believe the 2002 would have "NC1" for the California emissions.

Should be fine. My '04 is originally from Florida...different Federal code (FE9/NT9 vs NF7), but that may just be a model-year difference.
(FWIW, I don't see YF5 anywhere on the 2002 RPO list.)
