Another C6 Z06 upgrade
Bought some C6 Z06 shocks from a fellow forum member...
Had about 4k miles on them... our car is a 04 with the FE1 softride suspension... we JUST got home from a 1700 mile trek across Arkansas and so I was really aware of the ride and handling...
TODAY I put on the C6 Z06 shocks and I am impressed in the difference... they ride much smoother... they are firmer/not stiffer if that makes sense... the other shocks would bottom out and make you go mphhh...in BIG dips in the road, these DO NOT... After having comparing them to the stock FE1 shocks I am GLAD I made this upgrade! It will be hard to compare the handling, driving around home with the driving in Arkansas. That said the roads here are WAY rougher than they were in Arkansas and the ride is much better with the C6 Z06 shocks

The Z06 shocks are a cost effective mod to the car. You made a good choice in going with them.
