Need advise please!!!
I purchased a front spring for my 04z here in the for sale section. I paid using pp $210. Item was shipped but then noticed in the pic the 2 lowering bolts 1 had the bushing cut off...1 didn't. I'm trying to lower my car. My bolts on my car are stripped that's the reason I purchased this spring. Sender can't get another bolt. Now the worst part still never received spring fedex lost the scan label and can't find the spring. No help from sender and won't give me my money back till the spring is returned....fedex said this is between them and the sender I have nothing to do with this because I do not have possession of the spring. What are my options? Thanks

I'll echo the recommendation to contact your credit card company. You paid for something you did not receive, so dispute the charge.
