I don't recommend Invos unless you're near stock power level, or don't care about straight ahead traction. Otherwise, they're great tires.

stock car with headers only, don't track car just a driver but would like to get at least 20k on tires before replacement, was going with super sports but 295s on back order and probably after first of year before they are available

Had Invos on my C6Z. Great tire that held up very well.

I have them on my C5Z with cam only and they are ok. I dont think ill buy them again. Im sure if you just drive it everyday you can get 20k out of them no problem. Looking at the Toyo R888'S next.

I like the invo's on the FRONT of my car... I wouldn't consider running them on the rear unless you never like to open the car up

What do you like on the rear tires to go with the front Invos?

Yeah I have a brand new set of invos and while comfy they are scary. Car is chirping second gear randomly and I feel like they're gonna break loose without warning and put me in a wall.

if you want a performance tire that will go 20k or more you want the michelin pss

really the only choice for mileage and a performance tire

at my power level I'm pretty much limited to drag radials if I want to have any fun at all with the car... I have ran nitto nt05r's on the rear for the last 2-3 years with great results... they hold the power pretty good on the street and don't handle bad at all either... sometimes I like to go around corners a little faster than I should but nothing like running it to the limits like you would on a track, that being said they have never felt unstable like I was going to lose control of the car... I had toyo r888's and those are also a good tire but will not hold the power as good as the nittos in my experience but they do handle better and cost quite a bit more... I have been thinking about changing my tire/wheel setup and if I do that I might try out the mickey thompson et street 2's... none of these tires would be good for the op according to what he is looking for in a tire... I don't drive mine very much so if I can get a couple of years out of the rear tires while being able to get the power to the ground then I'm a happy camper

Thanks, but I'm limited to 19" rear sizes, and the 05r's aren't made in 305-30, or 325-30s. They do make a 305-35, but I was afraid they'd be too tall.

that's what I run 305/35/19 nt05r's... I am lowered on coilovers and don't have an issue with rubbing or anything but I did have to remove my rear brake ducts which wasn't a big deal anyway... great tires but I want to run an 18 front and 17 rear setup and use a 315/35/17 that way I still have a bit of sidewall but a 26" tire instead of the ones I currently have that are 27.4"

The Hankook Ventus V12 beat the INVO soundly ten years ago and has been upgraded to new compounds since, while the INVO is the same as it was then

I wouldn't get INVOs for anything other than show

I have had the Invo in the rear of my c5z for almost 3-4 years now. Probably put about 20k miles on them. They are great for an all round everyday street tire. That said I swap to drag radials if I ever do any racing.
