I've done searches on these squeaks I'm having but not finding a ton of info that relates to what I'm dealing with. I'm hoping that others may have had the same issues and can lead me down the right path to getting rid of them...because they are driving me NUTS!
First one is the console cover (right arm rest for the driver). It squeaks when my arm rests on it. I've found that the part that is squeaking is actually the part of the latch that is in the base of the cover area (not the actual cover itself). It's a little plastic piece that has a spring loaded (I think) latch in it to keep the cover closed. It appears to be an assembly that is simply snapped in to a rectangular hole in the base. If you barely move it it squeaks like crazy, but I can't see a real easy way to get it out so I can put something (felt or whatever) in-between it and the base.
Second is the center console bezel. Squeaks around the radio and the A/C control unit and also near the piece that mounts the traction control switch.
Third is weird...but true. I put new seat covers in and lately there is a small spot at the base of the seat back on the left hand side (where it touches my lower back) where the cover is squeaking against the seat foam. Would I have to take the entire cover off (???) and put some powder in it or something?
Fourth is rattle from the sun visors. I've read that some have put felt under the visor lid but the light seems to come on immediately when opening the lid. I'd hate to have the lights on all the time and kill my battery.
Other than those four things it's pretty solid for a 12 year old car with 92K. If I could get these small issues resolved it would be GREAT.

If some lubrication doesn't work, look into just replacing the latch mechanism. You can either get a new one or use a used one from a vendor like VetteNuts.

You might try removing the center console bezel and then reinstalling it - making sure it seats fully. Could be that it is just not in there properly.

Are you sure it is from mirror lid or could it perhaps be from the clip that holds the end of the visor in place? I've had mine rattle in the clip area and replacing the clip solved that problem.
Will comment only on the sun visor as I have the same problem. My passenger side squeaks and rattles like hell when flipped up. By flipping it all the way toward the windshield it virtually eliminated the squeak/rattle.

I picked up new sun visor clips and it fixed the rattle there. Over time I wonder if it'll get bad again. Interested in solutions to the others as I seem to have occasional squeaks around the radio bezel as well.
I found the problem with the seat squeak. The foam ripped through to the frame on the side bolster...and that's right where the sound is coming from.
Sounds like some new foam (or, at the minimum, a temporary repair) is on the docket for the next week...
I suggest getting some duct tape and some clear tubing to put on the edge of the fiberglass in the bolster. That will prevent it from cutting through next time.

Actually I already have that in place. I recently put on new seat covers and did just that. The problem was that the old foam was already ripped through. I used some 3M spray adhesive to close it up and I had thought it would have been good enough...but obviously not.
That should be a relatively easy fix. Probably can do it without even taking the seat out...just the cover.
I just replaced my console latch yesterday. I just used a small screwdriver to wedge under the front of the latch bezel (where the small arrow is embossed) and then the back of the latch bezel to release the clips and pull it out. If you encounter any undue resistance, you can always remove the back console (just takes a couple minutes) and you can press the latch tabs from underneath to remove it safely. If you remove the rear console the only annoying part is disconnecting and reconnecting the Fuel Door switch harness - they apparently outsourced that design to Ford who sabotaged it on purpose.
On the radio surround, I removed mine years ago and spread a thin coat of Lubriplate to the mating surface and reinstalled - no more squeaks since.
The things bugging me the most was the seat squeak and the console cover squeak.
Console cover: pulled out latch mechanism and put a small amount of dielectric grease on the surface where it touches the console frame. Quiet as a church mouse now.
This one's even better: I had thought that I had fixed the seat squeak...but I didn't. So guess what? All I did was readjust my seat. Apparently the bottom of the seat back was rubbing against the plastic trim on the side of the car. The area of contact was worn smooth on the plastic trim, and it was squeaking like CRAZY against the seat cover!
