I have the opportunity to pick up another c5 this week. It's not perfect, but it's only gonna be around 6600 out the door.
2002 coupe, silver with both tops
6 speed manual, 2nd gear grinds but otherwise shifts fine.
133k miles and the balancer seems to be wobbling a good bit
Car has some nice dynatech headers, a black wing intake, and b&b exhaust on it.
I have all my stock stuff from my z06, so putting the oem manifolds and exhaust on the car would be easy and a good way to recoup some cost by selling the headers/exhaust
I think I can get the car, sell all the mods, then sell it as a mostly stock car for 7500-10000 depending on how diligent I am. What do you guys think?
The paint is near perfect (maybe even better than my z06) and the interior is great all around.
What type of B&B, I might be interested and I am in Winston-Salem.
Looks like a Route 66 to me. Haven't actually gotten under the car but the tips appear to be b&b.
As far as the trans, I would most likely take the car, fix the wobble, pull off the aftermarket, clean up the engine bay and try to sell it as it sits. With school starting back tomorrow I'm just not sure im interested in pulling the trans right now. Early in the summer I would, but I think this is an easy 8500 car even with the bad synchro

You should have no trouble flipping that for around $10K in our area. Good luck with it.
