With all of these new suppliers, we have tons of new seminars that will be going on all weekend! Adam Pitale from Adam's Polishes will be giving some spectacular detailing seminars! We have also completely revamped the awards ceremony for the celebrity choice awards! You could get a chance to meet Bill Stephens, Maria Prekeges, and Michael Brown of Corvette Nation! They will be here filming for season 3!

If you're part of a Corvette club, we will be hosting a special Corvette Club Challenge Day where club members will be competing against other clubs in some exciting automotive related activities. The winning club will have the chance to win some great prizes and gift certificates in the Club Challenge Cash Cage! Let me know if your club wants to participate, aside from social media coverage, I will be the club liaison at Funfest!

Mike Terry will also be bringing his 1954 Corvair Re-creation Motorama Car to display this year! I saw this thing in Bowling Green for Corvette Homecoming and it was by far the best thing I had seen all weekend, it's truly a piece of art! It is pictured below in the main hall at Corvette Homecoming!

Original Beach Boys guitarist and founding member David Marks will be here playing with the Surf City Allstars on Saturday, September 19th at 8pm! Two tickets are included with your registration!

There are just tons and tons of other activities and attractions that will be here this year and we hope that you will be a part of the fun! You won't want to miss out on what is gearing up to be the biggest Funfest yet!

Glad to hear it guys! I'd love to see some kind of forum get together during the show and be able to meet you guys! I know there are 7 or 8 forum members who have registered for club parking under the forum already! Steven Bell will be here as a guest and has volunteered his DJing abilities and will be running some classic rock hours on Friday where we will only be playing music from bands who have previously played at Funfest and he will be doing trivia questions giveaways!

Glad you'll be here all four days! That's certainly the best way to enjoy it all! It's hard to fit everything in if you come just for a couple days. My Fiancée' and I will be coming down for the first time this year. We'll only be there Thursday and Friday though. Hopefully we'll start making this a yearly event.

 

Congrats on the coming wedding! Thursday is a little slower than most days, but is probably the best time to do some shopping! We also have the Fun Run Road Tour and Downtown Party on Thursday, which is one of my favorite parts of Funfest! So there's plenty to take in!

That's what I like to hear! I'm ready to get started! I love working this show! Even though I spent most of last year working in the Install Dome and didn't get to get out and see much, I still loved every second! Now this year I'm working with clubs and also getting coverage for social media, so I finally have an excuse to get out and see the grounds a little more!

Sounds like a blast! We do have club parking available for the Forum! If you want to switch your registration to club and park with others from here, I can gladly take care of it for you! Either way, I'm glad you'll be here!

We haven't register and we're going to just show up. We're leaving on Wednesday morning and arriving in the evening.

Do we need to do preregistration ?

 

You don't necessarily have to, but it's one less thing to do when you arrive. If you are already registered when you arrive, there's an express lane for you to pick up your goodie bag at Funfest Headquarters. If you are registering at the show, there's a separate line that is usually pretty long where you register and pick up your parking pass and goodie bag. If you register online or over the phone before Labor Day, you will be mailed your parking pass and then all you have to do is pop through the express line to get your goodie bag and head off to enjoy the show! Plus, you will probably have a better chance of getting the right sized t-shirt with your registration if you do it beforehand, a couple sizes tend to sell out pretty quick once on site registration opens up.

If you're going to be here Thursday morning, the line most likely won't be too long, so it's probably a wash. So it's entirely up to you really! If you do decide to register beforehand and want to do the club parking, message me here and I'd be happy to help you out!

I clicked on the Club Registration when I was going through the process, but it asked for a Club registration number, which I didn't have, so I just did the regular registration. If I can get it changed to Club parking that would be great!

I can certainly take care of that! If you placed it online, you should have an order number (a 5004xxxx number) that was provided, if you have that, that'd be great! If not, feel free to PM me your name and street address and I will be able to look up your account to find your order and change it to club parking for the forum!
