I'm planning on installing my Borla Stinger exhaust this weekend. The flange gaskets are in bad shape from being removed. Can anyone recommend good flange gaskets? Should I replace the bolt and nuts as well, if so, does anyone know the bolt size and what nut to use. Thanks.
My advance auto stocked Walker 31537 (gasket from H pipe to muffler section) and after breaking two of the bolts I bought new 10 mm 1.5 thread pitch x about 30 mm length for replacements.
These bolts were threaded into the H pipe and simply passed through the opening in the flange welded to the muffler section so no nuts needed. Maybe yours is not stock now?
I did the change to a Ti muffler section but the attachment was same as factory.

Are you talking about the gaskets that install between the tail pipes and the center pipe (aka Hpipe), near the rear axle?
If so, the GM part number for the gaskets is 10276792.
They are a bit more spendy than aftermarket gaskets tend to be, but I have yet to see a perfect match in the aftermarket to replace the OE part
The Walker 31537 isn't a true direct replacement unfortunately. It's port diameter is undersized at 2.38" (should be 2.5"). It can be made to fit, but I'd rather just get the correct part and not cheap out.
