radio flyer has a nice set that work wonderful set that works well.its on the high end of the price range.the other option is to go with some ACA hid projector headlights which work well..but you can also send into radio flyer and have modded with a much better light out put
I run the Radioflyer ACA modified pop-ups and couldn't be happier with them, probably the best single upgrade I've made to the car in terms of what you get without giving up anything in return (other than money).
Note: ACA doesn't make the housings anymore but Radioflyer convinced them to do a special single run which I believe begin delivering this month, they are without question the finest stock headlight replacements which retain the pop-up look and functionality.
I purchased the Radioflyer ACA set up last year. It has made a huge difference in night driving. I wish I had done this sooner. May be a bit more than I wanted to spend, but the end result is well worth it.
Depending how much you want to spend, the cheapest upgrade is to install 9011/9012HIR bulbs for about $100 (what I did) or add a HID kit to your original housings, which has mixed results. Ebay ACA lights start at about $150, but have adjustment problems(can't adjust both low and high correctly) Radioflyer has the best ACA style, or you can install the European OEM C5 lights, which have glass lenses and can use 100 watt bulbs. Both of the last two options cost around $600+. For the limited amount of night driving I do, the HIR bulbs work fine, still a big improvement over stock.
since we are on topic with ACA kit. I have their first ballast crapped out on me last year. It is under warranty and they replaced it. Recently my 2nd ballast died as well. I don't feel like going back to ACA and ask for replacement ballast. Any recommendation on where i can buy some better blast that works with their kit? Their housing and projector lense are great, just lack on quality with hardware.
Anybody have a picture of the radioflyer ACA headlights on when it's dark out? They have the picture on the website and its dusk and I really don't like how the lenses themselves look. But the light output is great and I want to keep the flip up headlights so this is the best option. But when looking at the lenses, they kinda look "ricey" to me.

Almost forgot about your request, here's a shot of them on in a fairly dim parking garage. They look really good in person, I've had several people comment on how much better and more modern the car looks with them on.

The version with the angel eyes are (imo) ricey, but ours are simply built to perform and look classy.

Night shot....This is as classy as it gets (also high beams):
