There was a vendor on here that did a blackout tail light and marker light job for my C5. Can't remember the outfits name. They offered blackout and/or a dark ruby process. Are you still vendors on here?!
I'm sure there are others who offer this service/product but the two vendors I've personally bought blackouts from here are JW Motoring (now defunct/out of business) and Corvette Enhancements. Both of these companies had high quality blackouts which is not an easy thing, IMHO. Both offered standard and LED blackouts in black and ruby/black cherry tints.
I haven't dealt with Corvette Enhancements for quite some time but they had stellar customer service and their web site is still functional.
Can't go wrong with that vendor. I had mine tinted by a local body shop. The lighter the tint the more "ruby" the lights will look. I bought some side markers from JWMotoring that he tinted but as stated he might not be in business anymore.

+1 here too. They did the lights on my car back in 2006 and they STILL look as good as the day they showed up in the mail. Really really quality stuff.
