Default Boy was I wrong...

On the front bumper corvette emblem one of the bottom pieces to one flag is broken, so I thought I'd just get one off eBay for 6 or 7 bucks...

Just add a zero to those and you'll be in the game...

On second thought, I've seen some threads where some guys were going to put C7 emblems in place of their C5 emblem. Maybe they'd sell you their old one for less....

No problem. Just get the right ones next time. There really isn't anything inexpensive with these cars. Nothing.

There isn't much that you can buy for these cars that only costs $6-7.

I meant I was wrong thinking I could get one for a few bucks, guess it will just stay broke , no way I'm paying $80+ for a $2 piece of plastic, I could get some new loyds mats for that .

Its not a 2 dollar piece of plastic....its an 80 dollar piece of plastic.. if it was 2 dollars, you could buy one for 2 dollars...

A wise old Jewish friend of mine, and jeweler.. told me, the worth of anything you have is what you can get for it today... I hear people all the time saying their house is worth 650K, but in their neighborhood houses of the same quality and style are going to day for 500K.. the worth of a diamond ring or a Rolex watch is what you can get for it at a pawn shop on any given day..

You may think a Corvette nose flag is a 2 dollar item but it isn't.. you just wont pay more than 2 dollars for it..

People are complaining about buying ammo... and the prices have gone up, people say there is a shortage of ammo.. but in reality there is no shortage... the only shortage is that people will only pay 2009 prices for ammo in 2015... so to them there is an ammo shortage... soon a loaf of bread will be 8 or 9 dollars.. it use to be 15 cents when I was a kid. there are lots of 4 and 5 dollar loves of bread selling daily ...

When I was doing custom exhaust plates more than 10 years ago, the front and rear emblems were only about $20 and $25, resp. When I checked pricing a year or two ago, I was shocked to see they had tripled in price.
