The AC light blinking normally means the system is so low on Freon so it is protecting the compressor.
Or, it will do it if the outside temperature is below 35F as part of the GM design to protect the system.
What does the outside temp read on the control unit? It could be a bad sensor.
Mr. Sam
PS: This is the type of issue that should have been posted in the technical section. Don't expect all the tech guys to look thru who likes what add on bling crap here to find and then help with a technical issue. Please don't create a new Thread there since none of us want to have to read thru two Threads to help you. If we can't get you fixed up here then you can do that. It's OK, you're new so don't sweat it. We're all here to help.
The compressor won't allow me to put any freon in it and the outside temp is 85f also when the button is engaged it's no response from the compressor the fans

When I had your issue, I had a friend sit in the drivers seat and press the button so I could see if the clutch was engaging at all on the compressor. It would turn for a few seconds and then seize. R&R the compressor and cold A/C
My c5 drives well under regular conditions but if I get into it the car hesitates and jerks also when reaching about 50mph and I try to get into it the car does it even worst has anyone had this issue I'm getting a code for my knock sensors and my tps sensor I changed my tps sensor and that code no longer comes up just the knock sensors will this cause this issue with performance?
Go ahead and post the actual codes here. Dadaroo is an excellent analyzer of these codes. Also, we realize you're new to CF (only 14 posts so far). The only thing we know about you is you are a Male. Fill out your profile so we know a bit more about you and your ride. There are some differences between model years so that's helpful to know. Also, your last post is new/different from your original question. You started out asking about an AC question and now you're asking about performance issues. Let's work on just one thing at a time. Did you get your AC problem resolved? Please don't think I'm ragging on you. Just some friendly pointers. The guys here on CF love to help others, myself included. Let's figure out the AC then we'll work on the other stuff.
