Running Lights won't come on

Hey Everybody!

Need help, my running lights on my '97 won't come on. I had to replace the drivers side front turn signal bulb which works now. However, my running lights don't work now. I replaced both the right and left DRL relays in the fuse box under the passenger floor but still no luck. All headlights, flashers, turn signals, tail lights work, just not the running lights.

Any help would be great.

You should feel fortunate that they don't work, they burn holes in the top of the turn signal lenses.

Not if you use LED switchbacks.

and don't forget the all clear turn signal assemblies.

Make sure your parking brake lever is all the way down, if it's up even 1 click then the DRL's won't come on.

pull it up and release it making sure you push it all the way down.

I am working on the manifest problems since switching to LED's. It was suggested that I replace the rear LED's with the OEM bulbs to see if that made a difference with the DRL's. To my shock I had no DRL's at all! The car was sitting in the driveway with the e-brake on
