15/17" Wheel combos
Interested in seeing who's running a 15/17" wheel setup...
Weld RT-s seem popular, anyone running Racestars? they seem like a cheaper option?
Pics please!

I'm curious too - what is the advantage of a 15/17 setup?

drag racing, more sidewall on the rear to aid in traction.
the 17 is to clear the stock c5 brakes

Because of no really good option in a front skinny in the 16" varieties - 15 and 17 fronts have a better tire option ?
Of course a 15 inch wheel has more sidewall ... The front wheel and tire shown (bottom) are 15" M&H on Bogarts for total weight of 22 lbs.
16" rears and 17" fronts are a great choice if you don't want to go with LG spindles and Strange Brakes. FYI have gone 1.34 60' with the 16" wheel.

Rear tire option. Prefer the 15" radial selection.

Correct
If I'm going to buy a set of wheel (dedicated drag racing) I might as well bite the bullet and get the LG spindles at the same time.
