I guess I should have asked first, but I bought their axle back system and I'm waiting for it to come in. Does anyone currently have this system and what do you think about it?
I appreciate it. I'm going to try and install myself to save some money. So hopefully everything goes smooth.
Im sure you will like them, they look nice to me. Its super easy to do. Took me about an hour and a half to take my stock exhaust off and install my Borla Ataks.
Lol, Thanks for the heads up. One more question, I only have ramps that will lift the car 6-8 inches off the ground. Is that enough room to work with you think?
I'm going to sound like an old man here, but please use jack stands. I know some of these ramps are heavy duty, but why take the chance when putting the car on jack stands is pretty simple.

Get some stands. Even then I don't really trust them. Use a jack as well. Play it safe. I use stands, a jack and I use a brick. Visions of those old school Jacks that look like a 3 foot bar come to mind when I jack up the car. Balance in mind.
For sure torch. I had planned on that, I actually had a car fall seconds after crawling out from underneath it. God was their that day watching over me! . Since then it is mandatory to have jack stands. But I was wondering if that would be enough room to work with. What do you think?

When I did my headers I thought that by lifting the front would beenough. 6 to 8 inch space off the ground is not an option.
Ramps that only life the car 6-8"s? Id say its time to throw those ramps in the garbage. Your probably gonna need more ground clearance then that to get the once piece OEM exhaust off and still have it be one piece. Please don't cut it like a lot of people do. Keeping your OEM exhaust for the future if you sell the car is a good thing.

Well I'm not installing headers so I don't need to lift the front end up. You have some clearance already on the rear end, then lifting an additional 8" (I think) should be enough. Ramps, stands, and backup jack just in case. I will get it lifted, and then kind of evaluate things while I'm under there to see if I have enough room or not. If not, then off to the muffler shop I go. Lol
Why not just go buy a real jack and use jackstands with the money you would spend at the exhaust shop.
You know what, I just got a brilliant idea. Now hear me out, why don't I just use the money I was going to spend at the muffler shop on a real jack! BRILLIANT! I amaze myself sometimes. Just messing with you Johnny, I will probably do that.

Take it to your local auto mechanic or muffler shop. That's what I did. They only charged me $50.00 to swap them out. It was well worth it because if you don't cut the original exhaust off you need to have the rear of the car at least 36" high.
