Perfect Convertable Weather
I got to take my Corvette out for the first time in quite a while (due to health).
It might sound corny but I forgot how much I love that car. I went for a drive through the the hills on a road with some great turns and it felt like a rocket but glued to the road. I feel like a kid at Christmas.
I hope you guys have this much fun.
It's a 2002 Torch Red convertible with low miles. I have a Corsa exhaust and a few other mild mods to bump the HP, but it looks stock.
My wife asked if I want a new one and I said, "Put it this way, if there's a fire, save the car." Years ago some friends of hers convinced her she would get in a wreck if she drove it. I almost feel bad I didn't argue, but it kept her from driving it again. She seems convinced the C7 is more manageable (I never question her logic) but I'm not giving up this one and there's no more room for another.

that you got behind the wheel again and enjoyed a nice cruise in the car. While I can't say I wouldn't trade my C5 for a C7, I will say the C5 is still a great car and nothing wrong with wanting to keep it for a long, long time.
