I have the Corvette Mods Projectors with 55W Ballasts and 5000K bulbs, Black background. HUGE improvement over stock and I could not be happier. I drive dark forest roads every day and these make daylight on the road. Lifetime warranty also.
Things to know, the higher the K number the more blue but also less actual light output. Thats why I went for 5K, wanted max light output...and could not be happier with my choice. Cant go wrong any of those vendors. BiXenon is awesome, wife's Audi has it. Expensive though...
The previous owner of my Vette installed that mod where the projector housing doesn't lift up the full travel distance. I want the ACE Bi-xenons. Does anyone have any experience with this combination? Will I be able to adjust the light adjust as needed for the lower opening?

The Bi Xenon ACA lights from Radioflyer are the best. The conversion is simple and makes a BIG difference. I installed a set of these lights last year and I find I drive my car much more often, now that I can see at night. The single best modification I have made to the car. You will be impressed.
Do the new lights have independent adjustments or adjust one and the other goes with it ,that's the problem I am having now ,I need to be able to adjust the low and the high independent of each other.. Thanks.. My 04 in lowered makes if different when adjusting the lights..
High-output LEDs in the factory housings have three major issues:
1) Same light-scatter and glare issues as HID bulbs in the factory housings
2) Potential clearance problems when lowered because of the giant heat sinks
3) The headlights will not retract on low beam only because the headlight module is looking for a minimum current draw from the low beams to lower the doors.
Yes the high output LEDS in a factory housing not the best ideal set up ,was on a road trip awhile back with running bud had to stop on the side of the road his high output LEDs just got too hot and turned off so we had to change it all back to stock on side of the road ,glad he had all the old stuff with him .. NOT GOOD..

My bad it was the low beams .. anyway went out too hot bam nothing and he is a IT guy so had it wired right he was behind me and looked back he was gone no not gone no lights just bam nothing too hot ,that was a few years back may have a new set up by now he loved the lights were nice . The stock lighting system could not hang with the heat from the lights..
"Corvette Performance Optics"?
I am intrigued......
I started this project probably 2 years ago and I've been sitting on the parts for a while now. I purchased the projectors from some guy who used to make custom projectors for Porsche's I believe. The shrouds are made from a single piece of billet aluminum and then anodized. I had him laser the "Corvette Performance Optics" onto the front face of the aluminum shroud for that custom look
Unfortunately I can no longer find his website. It doesn't look like he produces them anymore.
