Inside wiring harness burnt (2000 coupe)

My wiring harness is burnt from the turn signal switch to the fuse block inside the engine compartment, does anyone have detailed information about how to replace the harness?

I helped fasttoney here do that. Might want to talk with him. I can pull up all the affected circuits and connectors.
