Has anyone tried the Stabil 360 fuel stabilizer as a remedy for the fuel sender problem? It supposedly treats the fuel and corrosion above the fuel level?

I dumped some in last week when I put my car in storage for the winter. I will let you know in the spring if it had any effect.
Am I the only one that paid attention to these two statements?
If using any of the "good" gas, why is there ever a need for the Techron?
Shakey
All top tier gas companies do not use Techron. I stopped at a Costco ( New York State ) yesterday and they were getting a gas dilivery. I asked the driver what kind of gas he was delivering he said Sunoco. I asked him if the gas had Techron in it as a additive he said no. He stated Costco adds the additive. I asked the Costco attendant he said they add an additive but it is not Techron. Hope this info helps.

Top tier gas isn't always available in all areas. The only gas station close to me that has 93 octane (my 767 rwhp 98 likes it ) is, believe it or not, Walmart (Murphy). My 98 has had the fuel gauge problem and Techron solved it. Hence, that's why I purchased the 6-pack.
I'm glad I stumbled across this thread. I use Techron fairly often to keep my gas gauge functioning properly. I have had it drop to zero occasionally. The deal is still there on Amazon Prime and the $12 coupon still applies. $40 for 6 bottles is an awesome deal.

Coupon works without prime. Thanks for helping me spend my money LOL. Coupon only works once.
Most of my driving is around town and it kills the mileage, but I still part with the bucks to add Techron. I am getting an amazing 14.5 mpg on mine. So it goes through 93 octane and Techron at a furious rate. But, she sure do sound good and go fast, so who cares? !!!
