Default Need help with front wheels

Will an 18x9.5 wheel with a 57mm offset sit inside the FRONT fenders on a 2004 C5? I ordered some replica wheels and I think they sent me the stock C6 Z06 wheels and they stick way out. I think they sent me a 40mm offset. Nothing is stamped on the wheel except 18x 9.5. They are Z06 spyders.

I know this has been covered a million times but Im about to buy another set for the front and am real nervous Im going to get the same results.

I have c6 z06 wheels on my car. The front 18x9.5 +40mm come just past the front fender. Yes a +57mm will sit inside the fender

Do you mean 9.5 inches wide has nothing to do with the offset and whether it will stick out past the fenders?

How far would you guess they stick out, 1/2"?

I think you got the wrong wheels, they should be about flush.

Mrr23, I think mine stick out about that far. I would like them to sit in a little further. Ill post up some pics for comparison when I get home in a bit. Thankyou.

Z06 wheel from top

Z06 wheel front

This is the stock C5 rear placed in the front to see how it fit. 18x9.5, 65mm offset.

Stock 18" wheel

According to the offset calculator, the Z06 with a 57 offset should sit about 5/16 inch out further than the stock 18. That looks to be about even with the fender.
