Default 2002 C5 EB Z06 some pics w/ custom diffuser

Finally pieced the car together before the year closes out and some final pics. Not quite done.. the coilovers need to be adjusted properly and lowered more up front but here you go.

Also the rear diffuser and whole aero kit is a custom one off by Galvez Custom Aero here in NJ.

Not really sold on the looks of the rear diffuser, but curious just how well it works on your car? Any testing done?

Otherwise, nice looking ride you've got.

your car looks really nice , well put together , but that diffuser doesn't work .....at all

It looks like a piece from another car that's been stuck on there, it doesnt fit, doesnt flow , and its taking away from the overall beauty of your ride.

Not trying to be rude just giving a real outsiders opinion, sorry man

by doesn't work at all are you saying that you don't like the look or that you think it provides no downforce?

Diffuser is fully functional. Definitely a noticeable increase in downforce. Not just show piece. No other way to get one other than go custom

Looks great apart from the diffuser; looks completely out of place, sorry. What speeds are you going to notice a rear diffuser!? (That's a real question)

It's your car do what ya want with it.. IMO the rear diffuser looks out of place but better than hash mark stripes on the fender

Default Front Splitter

I really like the front splitter on your car. Enough to buy one! I checked out Galvez Custom Aero's web site and they do not list anything for Corvettes. Do you know if there is a chance of purchasing one from them in the future?

Right when I saw the first picture I saw this horrendous thing being pooped out from behind the car.

Otherwise gorgeous car. I'm assuming the "splitter" and side skirts are custom by you also.

Love the car........

However, it looks as though you ran over some scrap metal and it caught caught on your rear bumper. Sorry, but that's how I see it.....

Just asked him if he'll make more. You can always email him as well. He will just have to ship is out for you.

For a track car and if proven functional I would go for it. But on the street no. I do commend you on your photography skills I really suck at it.

My issue with the diffuser is that it looks to be bolted to the bumper cover instead of chassis. The bottom of the bumper cover is going to flex a while lot, making the diffuser far less effective that it would otherwise be.

The end plates may not be photogenic, but I don't think photogenic trailer queen poser was part of the goal. To me they serve a function, and that makes them pretty good looking in my eyes.
