Buddy of mine bought an 03 EBM Z06 and we found out that it had PFADT coil overs as well as adjustable PFAD sway bars. (We arent sure if the seller even knew if they were on there because the add mentioned nothing about them.) We are just trying to figure out which series these are.
The suspension also makes a clunk noise that seems to be more noticeable at low speeds. What do I need to look into to get rid of that clunking noise?

Those are the "First Gen" coilover design from Pfadt.
Check the rear UPPER shock mounting locations/bushings for the source of the clunking sound. Note: It is NOT either of the two upper shock mounting plates which have two fasteners in each and bolt to the car.
I'm experiencing the exact same symptom but have not yet pulled it to see if I can replace a bushing or re-tighten something, or what I may need to do.
Looks like theres some aftermarket brake ducting installed as well.
Coilovers, fatty racing bars, high zoot brake ducting, and a Z06, sounds like the car may have had some track time. Prolly why previous owner never mentioned those upgrades.

I believe the guy it was bought from was legitimately un aware they were there. He didn't have much knowledge of the cars basic functions it didn't seem.

Are replacement bushings still available for all 4 corners?

At this point I'm not sure but my guess is no, due to these being out of production for a number of years. I'll be finding out in the upcoming weeks though.

Please shoot me a PM when you find an answer. I would greatly appreciate it!

Same issue with mine with a low speed clunk noise, the culprit are the sway bar end links. If you replace them with standard end links the noise goes away. Just the nature of those end links.

I rode in it again over the weekend. His clunks all the time. regardless of speed or type of road or whatever. whenever it hits a bump it clunks. Both front and back shocks.

Any news on the clunking noise and its cure? Im currently putting a set on and if I can replace something before they go on it would be best to do it now as the car is opened up!
I think I found my pfadt coil and z51 bar clunk. The bar end was hitting the coils where the crease to mount the link is kind of pointy. I lopped off a 1/4" and painted the end.

I don't have any updates for you. The car was put away for the winter about a week after I made the post. We will take a look at it in the spring.
