I just installed some Hawk Street/Race and they included some grease and that's about it-- what do you mean by hardware?
Ideal pads really depends on intended usage. I've ran Hawk HPS in the past on a different car..... recently tried Stoptech street performance on the vette as well. Street use only? Any aggressive driving or track use? How important is low dust? Do you care if they squeak or make noise?

low dust no noise don't track the car.oem are on it now.something for normal driving.
Been running HPS for many years - no issues, no obvious dusting, better "bite" than OEM - and last. Have north of 40k on the current set, but then I am easy on brakes - too many formative years driving cars with crappy binders....

Ran Hawk HPS pads on my '00 for a number of years and was very pleased with their performance. Low dust, very good stopping power and they wore very well.

on the street performance of Hawk HPS, but I guess dusting is a relevant thing...compared to my OEM pads, the dust a lot more (although I do have slotted rotors now, which may contribute to that somewhat).
I had Hawk HPS on all 4 corners when I purchased my Vette. They squealed like you wouldn't believe, especially considering the relative success everyone else seems to have with them. They were paired with Baer Eradispeed rotors front and rear.
I eventually ended up changing them out with a high quality set of ceramics (Wearever Platinum), which came with new stainless hardware. When I swapped the pads I noticed all the calipers were missing the anti-rattle clips, which may have been the source of all the noise. Regardless, the new brakes are silent.
Hawk are very good pads.
Remember as a general rule of thumb... the more aggressive the stopping power, the harder the pad, the more dust, the more squeal
For everyday driving go ceramic
For track days HP+ (but lots of squeal and black dust)
For what your doing I would go with the Carbotech 1521 pad.
