NO! The straight 75W90 contains the right amount of limited slip modifiers for our cars. I've used it for years on both my track car and my DD.
The 75W90NS is recommended for non-limited slip units and some full race differentials.
Go on the Red Line home page and they'll give you the differences of all their gear and transmission lubricants.
