As 8Vette7 says, if your fingernail gets kind-a caught in the scratch, none of these over the counter fixes will work.
You can touch it up with a matching color and tiny paint brush but it won't be invisible. And if you're not patient and do it perfectly and follow the instructions perfectly the end result could be worse then then before you touched it up.
Only way to make it go away is to have it professionally repaired. Either a body shop or there are mobile paint touch up guys that service car dealers. But, you'd need to find a really good one of those guys to get a real good repair. A lot of those guys may just touch it up with a brush and have a not so good outcome. For that result you could just as well do it yourself.

If the scratches are that deep and unless you know what you are doing with a buffer, I would take the car to a trusted body shop and have them try and get the scratches out.
