Hi - just changed front rotors. The drive side has a rubbing noise particularly at low speed and when moving again after car has been stopped. Before I take every thing apart any ideas as to what is causing this?

Perhaps a sticking caliper? Jack the car up on the driver front and spin the tire by hand to see if the noise is heard. If it is, you may be able to pinpoint the source.
Could be the caliper is not "floating" on the mounting bolts. I have a Buick that the rear on one side did this. It was frozen in place. All I needed to do was take the mounting bolt apart clean and relube it. No more noise.
