2004 ZO6 starter problems
My car has sat in sortage for whole year and when it starts it runs like I haven't driven it for 2 weeks. That's the problem, when I turn the key the lights all come on but the engine won't crank over - Nothing. Then I wait a few moments then it turn over like a new battery - I had it on a tender the whole time.
Anyone know what's going on ?

Tried removing the battery cables for 1/2 hour hunk then back down and nothing.
The security light goes OUT when I turn the ignition switch to the on position. Don't want to sound dumb but side is the starter on ?
