common problem on 50% of so of the cars, some on drivers side and some on passenger side in various locations, those who have fixed problem will chime in i am sure and help you out. good luck.

That there is your problem my friend. That and the bad attempt at sealing behind it to the windshield. Search for more threads, but I am about to fix the problem on my own '02 Z.
