Welcome to the forum and enjoy your new vert. The first thing I did was to address the headlights. I installed the Phillips 9012 HIR bulbs. They made a big difference in the low beams and was well worth the cost. Here is a link to the article I found this mod:

http://blog.brianmoses.net/2013/11/a...-corvette.html

Wishing you many miles of smiles with your new Corvette.

Nice... if it hasn't been addressed yet... the Column Lock Issue... Order and Install the LMC5 module from Compliance Parts a forum vendor.
The C6 shifter and Shocks are also very nice upgrades...
Welcome to the maddness

Welcome to the asylum. Great car.

The mods to my Vert in order (not counting tires/fluids/filters)

1. Full detail - using Mag's 105/205.
2. Lloyds matts
3. LMC5 column lock bypass
4. New stereo head unit
5. New seat skins and leather console/armrests

Car came with short shifter and Vararam CAI.

Enjoy!

Lol, I'm sure the modding will be something that is hard to stop once you start. It has an after market CAI and a Corsa exhaust.

How can I verify if the lockout for the column has been changed or fixed?

I love this car. Perfect combo. I'm currently changing my interior from black to red. Best of luck with it!
