Just take is so easy on the throttle, you will make it home just in time to clean it up again.

Nope there the damn run flats that were on it when I bought it, which are like wood shoes
I am waiting till spring to order some Forgelines cf3's which then I will get new tires

the traction control works a lot better then you might expect
I didn't know how good it was until I took it off one day when it was a little wet out...man it felt like driving on an ice rink without it

Bah, I live up here and drive mine in the rain often though its put away now. Nitto NT05's work great in pouring rain, and FG & Aluminum don't rust. I do get some water under the doors (even though I added those worthless seals) so I have to air it out with a fan to dry the carpet after really wet days....I always turn off TC but leave SC on. '04Z.....

Couple of years ago I got caught in a nasty snow storm in my C4. The tires were mostly bald too. Somehow I made it home with the aid of traction control.
