Quick question ! Why does every sub forum have the vendors advertising on them ? They have a vendors directory to sell there products. No other forum I'm a member of does this. Just wondering !!!

GET USED TO IT!!!!

Vendors pay to be able to advertise and one of the bennies they get here is posting their products in any forum they want and not just the FOR SALE forum.

Just the way it is. At least it is free to use the forum thanks to the vendors paying for the advertising rights.

Same here ^^^

and i ran a url metric on this site it averages 300k views per month. A single 2gb dedicated server would handle the load without issue and that runs about $20 a month. A single 4gb would keep peak hours well under the 80% threshold and that runs about $60. With this site being part of a shared hosting group the price "should" be far less than that even.

So in my opinion there is no excuse for the abundance of vendor spam on this site. No other forum i've ever been a part of, including one i ran myself was ever this bad.

I like the vendors advertising in the General. I have bought stuff from them that were on sale at a price I wanted to pay without having to search. Also, sometimes the stuff they advertise I did not know about until seeing their ads. No issues with me.

The vendors read the posts. I had a wheel question and a vendor offered some suggestions and I bought wheels and tires from him. I'm happy he's happy. So I cant complain.

Here's a thought. Ever tried reading the rules? It's all explained in there.
