Default Help asap ( reduce engine power )

How's it going guys I have a 2001 c5 corvette 5.7 M6 bolt ons an cam (ms4) running 36#injectors so my question is why does my car go into reduce engine power in cold starts I checked my dtc an got p0106c an p1514hc an there's more codes but this were the only codes coming out when car was getting tune other codes were HC if I keep the RPMs up in cold star at idle it will not go into reduce engine power ....... So there's something going on wit the MAF or tps. But I dnt kno were to start I got a volt meter an had key on engine off an cheked the tps so ik is a 2 sensor in 1 so I cheked the 2 middle wires been the voltage reference an I was getting .3 on both wires don't I need to atleast get .5 .6volts idk if I'm doing it right can someone let me kno if I'm doing something wrong or have had this problem after tune thanks....

If you are running an air filter with oil (like K&N), try switching to a non oiled filter and clean the MAF.
