...Hey guys,Yesterday I had a weird situation develop with my car. I got in the car and started to hear the noise of the climate blend door/s making constant flapping noises. I tried a few things like disconnecting battery, no luck, pulled fuse #27, no luck, reset codes, sorta helped. I also know that my freon is low, which might contribute to this issue. The 'weird' thing I am experiencing now is, I'm getting a constant intermittent squelching, screeching, buzzing noise coming from the in dash speaker that emits the bleep noises, like when you push the reset button for the DIC. Has anyone had this happen to them or heard of this, I'm hoping some of the electronic guru's here might know what this might be. It's fricken driving me nuts !! This happens while I'm driving as well as when the cars turned off !! ....

I am having the exact same issue, with the exception of noises coming from a speaker. I did the fuse #27 and it sorta helped me also in that I can get it to blow cold AC when I want (sometimes it sends heat to the driver's side, though). But I can't get the heater to work when I want it. The blend doors are constantly creaking open and closed. I don't think it's a freon issue. Mine blows ice cold.
I had come to the conclusion that I need to have the blend door actuators replaced, and that would resolve this issue. I am anxious to hear if anyone has any other ideas on what else might need to be done.

Sounds like the servos for the blend doors have failed. Typically a gear inside cracks causing all sorts of noise.
I am in Break and have done a couple of these replacements. PM me and I can help determine what has failed. I also can help change them out if you want.
