So my car has gotten water in it. Leaking from the weatherstripping where the windshield and removable roof seal. Driver side ended up getting a good bit of water in it from a passing storm. Got must of it out and drove fine to work. Leaving work that day I got the famous Reduce engine power, service Trac system, tire monitor system etc. Cleaned the to main gourd blocks in the engine bay and check the other 2 ground by the firewall. Driver seat motor stopped working and lumbar. After removing the seat and noticing the connection for the motor had a lot of corrosion and a wire had fallen out of it. After unplugging the seat I put the key in and all the codes were gone. Couldn't continue to work on it as the day ended. Now a few weeks later after thinking the problem was solved I'm getting the same codes expect now I get a service column lock with it as well. Car starts up perfect and idles smooth. Started to back it out when I saw the rpms drop off after releasing the clutch, went to give it gas and nothing. The gas pedal has no registering at all. Also I have to disconnect the battery because my truck and dash lights won't cut off with the key out of it. Trunk will not open at all as well. Currently I am removing all the carpet and cleaning and drying it as well as the rest of the car. Any ideas on where the problems may be? It's obvious that it is something electronic, as I'm not the best with that kind of stuff.

I will pull the codes today after work. The only past codes the car has ever had was a steering wheel potion sensor code. But that was way before this ever started.
Is the carpet in the passenger foot well wet? ( you only mentioned drivers side).
If yes the there is a good likelihood that the BCM (silver box to the left of the IP fuse box also got wet.... Codes may help determine that but take a close look at the aluminum can the BCM board is in and see if there are any tracks left on the aluminum by water.......
Yes pass. Side is wet too. I haven't got to that side of removal yet but I do have the cover off. There is definitely some moisture down there as well as some water around the fuse box.

After you pull the carpet out try drying the fuse box and BCM with a hair dryer set on the low setting. Prop it up on something, aim it towards the area and just let it run. Should help in drying everything out.
Definitely will bust out the hair dryer since this cold winter weather isn't going to cut it. Is there a known leak around the firewall in the Geral area as well because when I removed the fuse box cover I did have a tiny stream of water come down from there. Looks to be right about where the ecm is. I didn't notice anything unusual when I was cleaning the ground under the battery tray.
One of the most common causes for water in the passenger compartment is the "rubber udders" on the wiper well drains get plugged up with bugs, dirt, twigs, etc and slow down or stop water that should drain out of the wiper wells causing them to overflow and backup into the foot wel
I would inspect the udders on BOTH sides of the car.

OK guys srry it took me so long work has had me so busy. But back to it. I removed the bcm and let it sit in the house while the car aired out. Plugged up my scanner and no codes found. Door locks and such seem to be working again. Haven't gotten to start it yet but will update when I do if the gas pedal is working again.
