If I had to do it all over again, I would have gone with AR Headers instead of LG, I am not an idiot, I wrenched on all my previous cars doing bolts ons, clutch jobs and BP turbo kit on my Z...anyway I got LG based off of the forum and the price I got, but not happy with the slip fit, I have the heavy duty clamps and still one of the bolts broke. Its gonna be a pain when I pull them for a clutch job, might sell them used and get something else. The last I had it in the air I could not find any leaks but I am so paranoid that I hear leaks I just gave up caring to be honest. I have had knock off brands like XS power before, some of it fit well, looks good, but does not hold up in my experience, but hey maybe its good! my 2c.
I have used both the LG Street Series, LG Super Pro's... headers were pretty good but as some have mentioned the clamps are lacking. I changed to the 1 7/8 in AR Headers.. The quality, install, tone is hands down superior to the LG's.... in my opinion. you get what you pay for!
i agree while i love the fit and finish of the lg headers, and was pretty happy with the power gains.. the clamps were the cheapest i have seen in any kit on the market, was pretty disappointed when i saw that which since then i have spent an extra 75 bucks or more on quality clamps that i should have never had to spend which had i would of know that i would done what you did and gone with the 1 7/8'' ar headers if i had to do it again

the XS Power headers are made from 321 stainless they will out live you and I //// when I first started looking at headers and saw the price of Kooks and LG ,I could not believe they wanted almost twice the money of other car headers, I am very happy with XS for half the money !!!! my 2 cents !!!
I also have LG's. I'm happy with them, but I'm glad I got them at a discount since I also bought better clamps to assemble them. I have them hooked up to a Magnaflow catback, which connected to the LG system sound great. Very deep rumble at idle, mellow at cruise, awesome at WOT. Magnaflow put my car in their display at Carlisle last year, they like the way it sounded all together. With some other mods, power you can feel.
I have a set of ARH on each of my C5s. Does that count for two votes?
Easy install on both the 1 3/4 and 1 7/8 versions.
No issues with burning spark plug or any other wires after 2 years of daily use.
Quality product.
Helpful sales staff, even though I purchased both sets used.
the LG's fit great no clearance issues at all no rubs any place install was a breeze, ZERO leaks and they sounded the best with my B&B exhaust, kooks had good fit and finish but had to be adjusted a few times to clear every thing and stop some leaks, TSP just suck compared to LG & kook's they leaks, clearance issuse install was "ok" and are the most quite with my B&B exhaust (all was katless)
so since i had the 3 i mentioned i will tell you LG is my favorite at this time, quality, fit and finish & i think the car ran the best with them. I'm not saying there the best simply because i have not tried any other brands
for the guys saying XS power is there favorite what other brands have you had installed your comparing them to?
