Your opinions please ( wheels )
Just picked up a nice FRC. It has the stock wagon wheels. I am thinking of maybe C6 Z06 17" and 18" chrome replicas, what do you think?
P.S. If anyone here local has a set of these or even C5 Z06 chromes, let me know! ( Cali bay area )
Made my decision!

The C6 Z06 wheels look good, but right now I am really liking the look of the C7 Z06 wheels in stock C5 sizes.
DOCZ - 1st Rate Corvette Parts & Accessories has a good price on them.

IN my opinion, while you are asking for opinions, its only you who can appreciate a set of wheels.
Everyone has an opinion and their own specific taste...
With wheels, there are many considerations.. like budget, quality.. weight, strength, finish and look.
It would be a waste of time for me to suggest anything that did not conform to your budget, quality requirements, weight, strength, finish, and over all look.
example, : forged wheels are high quality, very strong, and twice the price of inexpensive replica wheels. While replica wheels are designed to be inexpensive, they can look good. but because they are more focus on price, they lack the strength of a forged wheel. Take a replica wheel and hit a deep pot hole, and the wheel is bent. Forged wheels are very strong in comparison and quality, but they cost more money.
If you answer the above questions I could give you an educated answer.
FYI... you can buy a set of 4 replica wheels for the price of one Forged wheel. Are they the same??? Not by a long shot. Everyone has different priorities, and therefore can not afford high quality forged wheels. Others want the highest quality, strength, and safety, and are willing to pay for it. I've always said, I can Not afford to buy anything too cheap.
China Makes wheels that look great, but have little or no quality control. They are all about making something look good for the cheapest manufacturing cost possible. You can't go to China to litigate product liability.
Good luck and be careful who you listen too here. Everyone is willing to tell you what they have.

These are in C5 Z-06 sizes. I put the wheels on in 2009. I get a lot of compliments on these wheels.

Imo, a used set ot these anyday over knockoffs from china. I would never go cheap on suspension/handling parts and tires/wheels are part of that.

Skip the cheap replicas... If real wheels aren't in your budget ...
I'd try and get a set of OEM C5Z's or C6Z's
