Today was a monumental day for both of my vechicles.
It's been three weeks since I purchased my 04 Z06, just rolled over 10,000 miles. Wife also took for a spin in a parking lot (learning to drive stick shift).
Own a 05 trailblazer, it rolled 100,000 today. Strange how it all worked that way.
Corvette back in the garage for the forecasted snow/ice in Northern Virginia. Next weekend will be nicer, possible trip to Zip Corvette.
Love the color, stripe package on the 04. Looking at the pic the driveways look pretty steep. How bad does it scrape going up and down!
If I come down the hill, slightly hits the flexible air dam.
If I enter driving way approaching up the hill, no scraping occurs.
It has been lowered on stock bolts by previous owner, going to look into raising when the weather warms up. Not sure how much movement I have on the stock bolts. Hopefully this helps as driveway really isn't steep.
big topic (here) is to drive your vette and yet we (me) all drool over a low mileage vette
I knew what I wanted when I was looking for a C5, but also wanted to get a lower mileage stock car (little to no mods), options were limited but I found a queens within an hour of where I live. It might take 15 years, but it will eventually hit 100,000 (by then, it will still be considered a low mileage car for being 27 years old, yikes!!!)
