So year, miles, trim, and condition only and the buyer gets the mods for free?

If you get 1/2 of what you invested in the mods I would think you're doing well. With every mod your potential buyers list gets smaller.

Thats always been my formula for buying or selling modded cars. Cost of parts divided by 2, I don't add in cost of install.

This car is still on the top of my list. I'm currently torn between a Z06, 996 Turbo or Challenger.

Sounds about right, so one can price a car "based on it's mods". I usually get about 30-50 cents on the dollar for my lifted/modded diesels, and yes technically your buyers list gets smaller but if you have a unique vehicle your competition decreases.

And having less competition broadens your reach and how far somebody is willing to travel, at least in my experience.
