As soon I posted for help, I went back to the car and was staring cluelessly as the fuse box. I heard some sounds like an electric motor running and then some clicks. The the door chime went off - door was open with the key. I tried to start but was not enough battery power to turn it over. Checked battery power with a multi-meter and it was very low. Say 5 to 6 volts. Battery was fully charged before I installed the bypass. Connected my portable booster and it fired right up.
All seems normal now but don't have the CAGS Bypass installed.

Electric motor running...Where Engine compartment? Interior (like a seat motor)?

Don't know. Seemed like motor compartment.
Instructions for installation said to disconnect the battery for installation. Saw several posts related to installation that said that was not necessary so I didn't
Your CAGS isn't the culprit. Not sure what else is going on. Disconnecting the battery is to err on the side of safety. I'm sure many of us have installed the CAGS without disconnecting the battery. I know I did.
Your battery is likely the culprit. Get a full charge on it and see if you hear the same noises. You said you had the battery tested last week. Was it load tested or did you test with multimeter? Why did you have the battery tested? Reads like you were suspicious of the battery prior to installing the CAGS.
Since you're relatively new I'll repeat it's probably the battery. The electronics and mostly battery in these are a tad fickle. Many of us keep our cars on tenders to help eliminate battery issues.
In my years here I can't begin to tell you how many electrical issues were solved with a new "charged" battery!
Yes I had the battery load tested about 10 days back following my first night owning the car. Turns out I had left the interior lights on. Battery was strong just minutes before I did the installation. I had driven earlier in the day and then started it to back it up on Rhino ramps.
